Shipping Delivery & Returns
Due to PACT Act regulations, all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check and will include a $7 fee at checkout.
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.
- All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Black Edition is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
- All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, Black Edition is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.
We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Black Edition, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. Black Edition strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Black Edition will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Black Edition is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
